Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals. *Please note that some manufacturers restrict international shipping
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders in the U.S. will take 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping speed you choose at chekout. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the
purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition,
with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at
info@racquetpoint.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its
original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your
package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of
your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at
least twenty-one (21) days from the receipt of your item to process your
return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has
been processed. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used items
- Unused items that don't have the original wrap and labels
- Stringing services
- Strings and/or any other materials used on racquet stringing services and racquet repairs
- Racquets that have been ordered with custom stringing
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
- All items must be unused, and in the same condition they were
received (must have tags, labels, and original wrapping on racquet and
paddle handle). Used items will not be accepted. - The Free Returns Shipping applies only on orders shipping within the
contiguous U.S. Orders outside the contiguous U.S. do not apply for
free returns, and the buyers are responsible for shipping charges on
returned products.
